Meet the RD

My name is Ruth Sullivan. I am the Registered Dietitian for the SUFS Department. I work on issues regarding menu choices at the dining centers and elsewhere on campus. I also help with employee training on related nutritional issues and assist on nutrition and wellness initiatives throughout campus.

How can you get in touch with me?

For questions regarding special dietary needs such as food allergies, vegetarian and vegan issues or general nutrition questions pertaining to your meal plan, please don't hesitate to call me at (315) 443-9884. You can also send me an email to the address above or to mealtalk@syr.edu.

Where can you find me?

My office is located off the north campus at 201 Ainsley Drive. However, I'm often on campus. If you see me around campus, please don't hesitate to come over to talk to me.
