Please have the following information ready when calling to reserve a room or include in your e-mail:
The date and possible alternate dates for your event
The starting time and ending time of your event
The maximum number of guests that will attend
What type of event it will be, i.e. meeting; served dinner; reception
Audiovisual needs, as this will affect the size of the room you may need
We suggest that you reserve your room early as space books up quickly.
Please note space is not available on Homecoming and Alumni Reunion weekends as the facility is reserved for the Office of Alumni Relations. Please refer to Room Capacities and Catering Policies for important information on space availability and catering policies.

NOTE: Room 209 & Main Dining are not available for banquets/meetings prior to 4:00pm Monday - Friday.
