ServSafe Recertification
Here’s the information you’ll need to know about the Servsafe recertification test. The test will be on January 12, 2010 in Sadler Dining Center.

þ     Be prepared to spend all day at Sadler (10am to 5pm). There will be meetings following the exam.

þ     The test will begin at 1pm on January 12, 2010 at Sadler.

þ     There will be a final quick review from 10am to noon, followed by lunch and then the test at 1pm.

þ     Anyone that wants a more in-depth review session needs to get in touch with Lynne. If there is enough interest, a more involved review session will be arranged for Monday, Jan. 11.

þ     Be sure to bring your book & test answer sheet (found inside your book) to the exam. Forgetting the book and/or answer sheet will not get you out of the test!!!
