Dining Centers
There are five residential dining centers on campus operated by University Food Services: Brockway, Graham, Haven, Sadler & Shaw. Shaw Dining also provides Kosher and Halal meals to students under the current meal plan. If you are interested in these meals, we encourage you to contact management at Shaw Dining for more information. Freshmen living on South Campus in Skyhalls I, II and III can use their meal plan at Goldstein Dining. Students in the School of Architecture and VPA students that have classes at the Downtown Warehouse can use their meal plan at the The Warehouse Cafe. Information on both these programs are available at the links below. (See Campus Maps for Building Locations). These facilities serve the 6,000 students on meal plans. In addition to a variety of entrees and accompaniments, each dining center features specialties such as pasta, stir fry, deli, grill, and salads. The Vegetarian Corner offers an entree, soup, hummus with pita bread, and a vegetable of the day. Frozen yogurt with assorted toppings is a great favorite. Only top-quality and nationally recognized products are used in the dining centers.

The staff nutritionist participates in menu design and provides nutritional information in the dining centers. The atmosphere in the dining centers is relaxed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to listen and respond to suggestions and requests. The style is all-you-care-to-eat, and students may have an unlimited number of seconds. Special dinners centered around holidays or other special events are featured several times each semester.

The dining centers host study breaks during final exams, providing an opportunity for study in the dining room after hours while enjoying coffee and refreshments. Each dining center has its own personality developed through the association of the resident students and the dining center staff. Students on meal plans may eat at any of the five residential dining centers.
