University Food Services operates smoothly thanks to all the "behind the scenes" operations located in the Commissary. Housed in this building at 201 Ainsley Drive are our administrative offices which include our purchasing, accounting and personnel departments, our nutritionist and our director's office. The Commissary is also home to our Campus Catering department, Warehouse, Vending Services, Bakery, Production Kitchen and Cook-Chill facilities.

The Warehouse provides full service delivery to 40 plus locations daily within the university community. Our department features a dedicated staff of 13 employees that work through conditions ranging from freezer shifts where temperatures can reach minus 15 degrees, to battling adverse weather conditions when making deliveries 7 days a week, 350 days a year.
